When I began my business in the 1970's, I chose to obtain movie posters by either buying into licensed print runs or by getting material from studio field offices. In this manner, I deliberately avoided acquiring bootlegs or reproductions. FYI, most one sheets made prior to 1990 are 27x41; most after this date are 27x40.
Offered is an original advance one sheet [27x40] from BATMAN. The rolled single sided poster, with a flat finish, has minimal wear. Images are [or will be] attached. I was one of the licensed holders for the distribution of BATMAN one sheets / movie posters in 1989.  The posters were printed by The Great Southern Company and royalties were paid to DC and WB.  Although 99.99% of the posters have a flat surface, there were a few that have a glossy finish.  [In some circles, the glossy regular style is referred to as a style C.].
On April 3, 2022, the USPS added a surcharge of between $ 4.00 and $ 15.00 for all packages which exceed 22 inches.  Sadly, this item, when safely packaged, fits into this size and there will be a $ 4.00 shipping fee.  Additional rolled items mailed with this one will not have the surcharge.
