Rare Original Vintage Whitefriars MCM Art Glass Indigo Hoop Vase G. Baxter 9680

Just out of a local smoke free house is this nice vintage British Whitefriars art glass Hoop Vase. It was designed by Geoffrey Baxter as part of his Textured Range series and is pattern number 9680. We believe this is in the Indigo color which seems to be quite rare. It has the original Whitefriars label and has a ground and polished pontil. The vase stands about 11 3/4 inches tall and about 5 inches wide. It is substantial and weighs over 4 pounds. The vase is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, it has only some light scratching on the bottom.  See photos as they are part of the description.
