    Fruit growers were very large users of rail service in the West. At harvest time, grower's trucks brought fruit to the packing house where it was prepared and boxed for shipment. Loaded into reefers, it was then shipped all over the country using dedicated trains on fast schedules. Featuring truck bays and a rail loading platform for two cars, this adobe style structure can add greatly to your model rail traffic. This is an easy to build, undecorated kit comes with separate warehouse doors, office windows and doors, power meter, roof air conditioner, dumpster, 55 gallon drums, stacked fruit boxes, machine crates, a fork lift and decals.
    The kit is easy to build, but does require some flash removal, washing and painting before installing.
    These kits are specially made for the Z Scale market (1:220)
