Thermal hat LEVEL II WW-Block sniper thermal hat suitable for hunting, fishing

Description

Light and warm winter hat. Flat zigzag stitches that are used in the production of thermo hat do not create more wrinkling and retain the elastic properties of the fabric.
Fabric from which this hat is made, is a high-tech material WW-Block®. WW-BLOCK is one of the few membrane materials, specially designed for use in the field military applications at extremely low temperatures. Usually we use many layers for insulation in winter field conditions which in itself bind our movement abilities. Unlike most of the materials used for the upper layers of winter clothing "WW-BLOCK" is elastic (15% stretch without loss of material properties with a return to the initial state) which reduces the load on the person in action and does not hinder movement.
The structure of the membrane grid of "WW-BLOCK" is set to the lowest possible temperature so that 80% of body heat is kept inside the garment and only 20% (excess heat during active operations at low temperatures) is out through the membrane grid. The membrane fabric "WW-BLOCK" use a thick polyester-structured pile (inside and outside of the membrane) instead of polyurethane coating, which protects the membrane from exposure to low temperatures, abrasion (both inside and outside) and creates additional insulated air space inside the garment.
