    This is U.S. Scott #J79, the 1/2-Cent Postage Due Stamp of 1931, perf 11 x 10 1/2.  This copy is MINT, NEVER HINGED, and it's in FINE to VERY FINE (F-VF) condition.  (See the scan for precise centering.)   It's a very nice copy with no issues that I can detect.
