    Vintage mid century glass ashtray / bowl by Geoffrey Baxter (1922-1995) for Whitefriars, UK. Distinctive textured exterior recalls Scandinavian ice glass designs. Polished top edge. No labels or marks. Circa 1960s.
    Geoffrey Baxter worked for Whitefriars from 1954-1980 & designed the textured line of glassware. Whitefriars is known for their high quality glass and creative mid century designs.
